Yachay Wasi
The name “Yachay Wasi” means “House of Knowledge” in Quechua, the language of the Incas. Located in the Peruvian Amazon, approximately 3.5 hours by boat from Iquitos, Yachay Wasi Ayahuasca Centre offers a serene and natural environment for healing and spiritual growth.
Genuine and profoundly transformative spiritual healing retreats are organized by Yachay Wasi, guided by a family of healers with over 130 years of collective experience, rooted in an ancient Mestizo lineage.
Our principal healer, Don Rómulo, has retired and passed on the torch to his successors, Don Winister and his son, Winister Junior.
Yachay Wasi offers traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies, sacred plant dietas and various other plant remedies to treat many kinds of disorders and imbalances of the mind, body and spirit, and for the best possible healing results, this sacred process is undertaken in a remote location, away from the noise, pollution and contaminated energy of the city.
Each guest will have their own private jungle hut, known as a tambo, where they will complete their dieta in isolation to the sounds of the jungle.
